1 December 2023 - 31 January 2024
Press Release: Aleph Contemporary's Inaugural Exhibition in Stroud Featuring Abstract Artist Jane Garbett

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Stroud, UK - Aleph Contemporary proudly announces its opening in the culturally vibrant town of Stroud. The gallery, situated at the New Imperial House on Station Road, marks its debut with an exceptional exhibition of local abstract artist Jane Garbett, entitled 'Life Lines'. This exhibition commences on the 1st of December 2023 and will run through the 31st of January 2024.

'Life Lines' is a carefully curated selection of recent works by Jane Garbett, an artist renowned for her evocative abstract pieces. Garbett’s technique, characterised by the gradual layering of paint, results in works that are both deep and emotionally resonant. Her use of softer hues and monochrome, coupled with thoughtful compositions of simple lines, uniquely captures the essence of human traces and experiences.

Aleph Contemporary, a new entrant in the Stroud art scene, is dedicated to showcasing innovative and thought-provoking contemporary art. The gallery's mission is to provide a platform for both established and emerging artists, fostering a dynamic dialogue between them and the art community.

The opening of Aleph Contemporary in Stroud adds a new dimension to the town’s artistic landscape. The gallery's choice of location at New Imperial House, Station Road, coincides with opening of The Stroud Hotel and is directly opposite.

Visitors to the 'Life Lines' exhibition can expect an immersive experience, one that offers a deep dive into the abstract world as interpreted through Garbett's eyes. Each piece in the exhibition promises to be a journey of visual and emotional discovery.
